NATE MILLS

Nate is a multidisciplinary artist whose work includes acting, voice acting, composing, singing, and being a well rounded entertainer. 
 
For the past 20 years Nate has worked as a composer and jingle writer in the film and television industry. He has collaborated with well-known agencies such as Weiden & Kennedy, freelanced for music houses like RMW/VaporRMW and created music for a variety of clients ranging from The Bay to the Toronto Blue Jays.
 
Nate scored the short film sensation ‘The Chickening’ which was an official festival selection at TIFF and Sundance. Nate was nominated for a Juno Award for his contribution on the soundtrack for a children’s TV show, The Moblees. 
 
Nate is a multi-instrumentalist who is comfortable writing in a broad range of genres. In addition to his work in commercial music, Nate is well known for his role as principle song writer and front man for popular award winning band, Run With the Kittens.  
 
Nate is a natural ham who has been in front of the camera since a young age as part of a sketch comedy duo, Tbag & Bonkers. Nate has a knack for comedic timing and improvisation that can be seen on screen in a number of national commercial advertisements.
 
He is the winner of a High Times Stony Award for ‘Best Internet Video’ for an episode of Jamie’s World – a cult favourite webseries about a fictional vlogger created alongside production company Smearballs (Oliver Tree, Mötley Crüe)
 
Nate is somewhat new to the voice acting world. He has received both character and commercial voice over coaching from renowned Canadian Voice Directors, Susan Hart and Kim Hurdon.
